Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Payroll Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing for all legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, IT, and Accounting teams to maintain financial controls and reporting
- Provide leadership to enhance performance, quality, and productivity within the payroll department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in leading large complex payroll departments
- At least five (5) years of management or supervisory experience
- Prior experience in an integrated multi-state healthcare system is preferred
- Experience in a union environment and with executive and physician compensation programs is preferred
