Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll processing for all legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, IT, and Accounting teams to maintain financial controls and reporting
  • Provide leadership to enhance performance, quality, and productivity within the payroll department


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in leading large complex payroll departments
  • At least five (5) years of management or supervisory experience
  • Prior experience in an integrated multi-state healthcare system is preferred
  • Experience in a union environment and with executive and physician compensation programs is preferred
