Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6-10 accountants to ensure engagement completion
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of client work
- Oversee the profitability of client engagements and manage team workflow to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years at a mid-sized CPA firm
- 3-5 years in a people management or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (MS/MBA preferred); CPA strongly preferred
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Experience preparing consolidating financial statements and issuing financial reports
