Client Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Accounting Manager - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-10 accountants to ensure engagement completion
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of client work
• Oversee the profitability of client engagements and manage team workflow to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years at a mid-sized CPA firm
• 3-5 years in a people management or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (MS/MBA preferred); CPA strongly preferred
• Proficiency with cloud-based platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero
• Experience preparing consolidating financial statements and issuing financial reports
