CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance & Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the oversight, development, and implementation of accounting, tax, treasury, and controllership policies and controls
• Drive transformation of the finance organization to enhance decision-making data
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting and manage relationships with external auditors

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a Corporate Controller role with a mix of Big 4 and industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; MBA preferred; CPA required
• Experience in building and leading an accounting team in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite, and change management
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
