Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Financial Compliance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and oversee audit and cost report processes
• Supervise daily operations of landlord accounting and treasury functions
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and onboarding new managed clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of five years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with two years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; master's degree preferred
• Public Accounting experience, preferably in audit
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
