Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections and Deductions Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track daily analysis of customer disputed invoices and short-payments
- Perform analysis of customer accounts based on purchases, payment history, and credit exposure
- Contact customers to secure payment on overdue balances and resolve open issues
Required Qualifications
- Four-year Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field
- 5 years of A/R software experience, preferably with SAP or Oracle
- 5 years of A/R dispute resolution experience in a large organization
- 5 years of experience in cash application research and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including writing formulas and using Pivot Tables
