Key Responsibilities
- Issue and send invoices, ensuring alignment with contract and revenue recognition requirements
- Monitor invoice status and collaborate with sales and accounting teams for accurate billing
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with reporting and audit support
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a billing analyst or similar accounting role
- Experience with electronic billing and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of contract review related to invoicing and tax implications
- Experience with customer relation management systems and accounting ERP systems preferred
- Good organizational and time-management skills
