Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle (Athena/Washington).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the claims submission and follow-up process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance and support
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and resolve aging claims to minimize write-offs

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Medical Office training certificate or relevant experience
• AthenaOne EMR experience required
• 4+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
• Must understand drivers of revenue cycle optimal performance and resolve complex claims
• Experience with Trizetto and SalesForce preferred
