Client Billing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Billing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor associates on policies and procedures while providing support
• Ensure timely and accurate billing processes and maintain data integrity across databases
• Conduct quality assessments and provide feedback to staff to promote performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience; a 2-year degree is desired
• 3 years of Billing and/or Collections experience is required, preferably in healthcare
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience with AS400 computer systems is desired
