A company is looking for a Transaction Flow Specialist who will manage transaction flow processes related to insurance recovery and patient pay workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage workflows for insurance recovery and patient payments
• Research and identify root causes of edits and denials, developing error prevention initiatives
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• Two years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• One year of experience in healthcare accounts receivable billing
• One year of experience resolving insurance payer denials
• Experience with technical and professional billing preferred
