CPA SEC Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support timely and accurate SEC filings including S-1, 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Proxy, and other required filings
• Coordinate with external auditors by providing schedules, supporting documentation, and analysis related to SEC filings and financial statements
• Assist in the development of internal controls related to the financial reporting function

Required Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX compliance
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience in a public company
• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience with SEC filing and reporting software
