Credit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers for payment and chargeback information while monitoring accounts for collectability
• Provide vital account information and documentation to management and customers as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues related to non-payment

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Ability to make sound credit decisions and handle workload with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills essential for account servicing
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
