Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist - Freelance, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile inventory invoices via 3-way matching in NetSuite
• Prepare payment runs and process wire transfers and ACH transactions
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and resolve past-due invoice issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Proven experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with payment processing systems
• Background in invoice reconciliation and 3-way matching
