Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and oversee key financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and non-profit accounting standards
• Mentor and support accounting team members, while managing outsourced accounts payable functions
• Evaluate and streamline accounting processes, assisting with financial oversight of global partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience with proven supervisory experience
• Experience with international financial operations and multi-currency environments
• Familiarity with donor-funded projects and restricted fund accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems like Sage Intacct
