Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identify solutions to billing issues and present resolution options to customers
• Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits and adjust customer accounts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in medical billing or related field
• Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in billing software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or finance is a plus
