Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist - Pharmacy Rebate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve client account issues, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the billing system
• Prepare 5500 schedules and maintain annual audit spreadsheets with processed information
• Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff in a professional and timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; preferred Associate's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in billing
• Experience in accounts receivable, including billing, reconciliations, and collections
• Familiarity with Solomon software
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
