Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers
- Manage cases and ensure service level agreements are met while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Lead team activities, provide support, and assist with complex Workday payroll configurations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with payroll taxes and complex payroll configuration
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and year-end support
