Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the Finance team with payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review timesheet entries for accuracy and report errors prior to payroll input
- Input global payroll data and adjustments for hourly and salaried employees
- Generate and distribute monthly forms for invoice payment processing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
- Progress towards or completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience with US payroll, ADP WorkForceNow, and TriNet is an asset
- Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
