Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Bilingual Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for compliance
• Communicate with loan officers and customers to obtain necessary documentation and assist in training new staff

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential mortgage processing
• Working knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage regulations
• Experience with Encompass software preferred
