CPA Senior Financial Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and investor communications, including SEC filings
• Prepare financial statements and maintain documentation under SOX controls
• Perform and monitor Sarbanes-Oxley controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in public accounting or financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to research accounting literature
• Active CPA license or actively working towards obtaining the license
• Experience with Workiva Wdesk, Equity Edge, and Oracle FCCS is preferred
