Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to assist clients with their internal accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transaction accounting activities, including reconciliations, inventory, and payroll
• Discuss and explain transactions/processes with clients and identify potential risks or concerns
• Prepare complex sales and use tax returns and assist in financial statement preparation

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and review work of less experienced staff
