Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage financial operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all Accounts Receivable functions, including drafting invoices, processing receipts, and reconciling client accounts
  • Handle all Accounts Payable functions, including processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling vendor accounts
  • Participate in month-end closing procedures and special finance initiatives such as audits and commission tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of QuickBooks experience desired
  • Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
