Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage financial operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Accounts Receivable functions, including drafting invoices, processing receipts, and reconciling client accounts
- Handle all Accounts Payable functions, including processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling vendor accounts
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and special finance initiatives such as audits and commission tracking
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
- 1-2 years of QuickBooks experience desired
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
