Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administration Analyst - Contracts and Chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database
- Analyze and reconcile chargeback submissions and discrepancies with suppliers and customers
- Utilize dashboards for data comparison and communicate with stakeholders to resolve payment issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of related experience preferred
- Understanding of Contracts & Chargebacks is desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Preferred proficiency in SAP
