Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of a high-activity trust account, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct detailed research and resolution of discrepancies between the bank statement and Salesforce
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance the reconciliation process
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in bank reconciliation or a similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
