General Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and financial regulations while improving processes and records

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in startup or construction sectors
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel skills and a commitment to accuracy and ethics
• A proactive mindset focused on improvement and accountability
