A company is looking for a Statutory Reporting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for Statutory Financial reporting to NAIC, including disclosures and state filings
- Lead and develop staff while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Identify process improvements and act as a point of escalation for operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA License
- Experience in the insurance sector, particularly with statutory financial reporting to NAIC
- Knowledge of US STAT reporting concepts and accounting standards
- Familiarity with financial reporting applications such as SOVOS, Wdesk, and Sun GL
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
