Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Billing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in Patient Financial Services and oversee daily operations for timely billing and collections
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry standards
• Provide training, administer disciplinary actions, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Preferred 5 years of experience in the field
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing system and SSI clearinghouse is advantageous
• Must be located in the PST time zone
