Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices manually and automatically for over 300 clients monthly
- Review and reconcile subscriber-level census data against billing contracts for 700+ clients
- Maintain accurate client billing details in NetSuite and CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required)
- Experience using enterprise accounting platforms (preferably NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
