Key Responsibilities

• Lead research to develop compliant payroll engines across the Americas
• Collaborate with development teams to design workflows that meet local regulatory requirements
• Manage a team of compliance professionals and oversee payroll compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent compliance certification
• 8+ years of experience managing compliance in a global environment with payroll expertise across the Americas
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions
• Experience managing and mentoring payroll compliance teams
• Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies
