A company is looking for a Billing and Collections Analyst to enhance cash flow and improve accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data-informed collections efforts to boost cash flow
• Collaborate with teams to resolve account discrepancies and billing challenges
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track key metrics related to accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or collections/billing
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• Strong skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Jet Reports is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to review and comprehend contract terms
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
