Texas Licensed SEC Reporting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the SEC filings process and ensures timely filing of all quarterly and yearly SEC reports
• Performs research on key technical accounting topics and implements newly adopted accounting standards
• Partners with internal and external constituents regarding SEC and technical accounting matters

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university
• CPA license and a Master's degree in Accounting required; Big Four experience preferred
• Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in SEC reporting and accounting
• Leadership experience and department management
