CPA Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director who will oversee client engagements and manage tax planning and consulting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements, managing tax planning and compliance independently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while developing and mentoring staff
• Assist in generating new business opportunities and contribute to performance feedback for team members

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with 8+ years in a leadership role
• CPA certification
• Experience in partnership taxation and real estate tax matters preferred
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office
