Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payer Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide direction to collection management and supervisory staff
• Establish, monitor, and enforce target collection goals; hold the team accountable for performance
• Analyze collection trends and performance by creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role within collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle operations
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more employees in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar tools; experience with collection systems preferred
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes, P&L accountability, and EFT banking procedures
