A company is looking for a Manager, Payer Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to collection management and supervisory staff
- Establish, monitor, and enforce target collection goals; hold the team accountable for performance
- Analyze collection trends and performance by creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role within collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle operations
- Experience leading a team of 5 or more employees in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar tools; experience with collection systems preferred
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes, P&L accountability, and EFT banking procedures
