Key Responsibilities

• Manage the invoicing lifecycle in Recurly, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Own the cash collection process and maintain AR oversight, collaborating with Sales Operations
• Administer sales tax compliance and support accounting and reporting efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in billing, collections, or finance operations
• Strong working knowledge of Recurly for subscription billing
• Proficiency in Avalara AvaTax for sales tax automation and compliance
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or Enterprise and related reconciliations
• Demonstrated success in cash collection management and AR reporting
