Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial functions and support the budget process, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Supervise departmental analysis, reconciliations, and billing processes while leading month-end variance analysis
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Accounting Department staff, providing training and development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Three years of accounting experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role
• Preferred: Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Preferred: CPA certification
• Preferred: Hospital-based or healthcare accounting experience
