Revenue Cycle Denials Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rev Cycle Denials Rep 2 with Medicaid/Medicare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals
• Assist with training staff and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Participate in meetings with payer representatives to enhance reimbursement and reduce denials

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Experience as a Revenue Cycle Denials Receivable Representative 1
• Knowledge of healthcare liens and settlement requests
• Familiarity with Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission processes
• Ability to manage advanced level work queues and credit balance reviews
