Internal Audit Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Audit Lead to oversee the global Internal Audit function and align it with regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the global Internal Audit strategy and multi-year audit plan
• Oversee daily internal audit operations, including planning, scoping, fieldwork, and reporting
• Manage co-sourced internal audit partners to ensure consistent quality and alignment with standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal audit, risk, consulting, or compliance
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment or fintech
• Strong knowledge of IIA standards, COSO framework, and control evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• CPA, CIA, or similar credentials preferred; advanced certifications are a plus
