Revenue Cycle Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable team, managing performance, workflow, and training
• Supervise daily AR processes and ensure compliance with collection laws and payer contracts
• Identify and resolve payer issues, analyzing trends to improve collections and reduce outstanding balances

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of denial management and collections processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
