Cash Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Application Specialist responsible for processing customer credit card payments and reconciling cash application variances.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and escalations from internal teams
• Ensure accurate processing of multi-currency payments and maintain compliance with financial policies
• Manage the end-to-end credit card process, including refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Required Qualifications

• General understanding of accounting concepts and procedures
• Proficiency in SAP for cash application processes
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and initiative-taking in managing tasks
