A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other payroll customers as needed
- Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and ensure client satisfaction
- Configure Workday payroll components and assist with year-end processes and audits
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of customer experience or equivalent skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
