Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit insurance claims, ensuring accuracy in coding and billing to minimize denials
• Review patient accounts for correct insurance information and resolve discrepancies in balances
• Identify denial trends and perform follow-up actions, including appealing denied claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some office experience
• 1 year of insurance AR and post-claim follow-up experience preferred
• Physician claim billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and the insurance industry
