Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Team Manager, CPA/EA (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to the team through various communication channels
• Monitor team performance and implement training and policy updates
• Analyze performance data and ensure tax accuracy while addressing customer issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney
• 2+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 15+ customer support professionals
• Strong technical skills with professional tax software and Microsoft 365
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer
• Ability to commit to the entire seasonal work period from November 2025 through April 2026
