Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, PFS to lead the collections team in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the collections team to meet daily productivity and quality standards
• Research payer policies and manage the appeals process for denied claims
• Develop and deliver reports to management on payer issues and contribute to policy improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in Accounts Receivables
• Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, insurance plans, and ICD 10 codes
• Experience with Practice Management systems; Xifin experience preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for report creation
