Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations and ensure compliance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process US multi-state and global payroll on a semi-monthly and monthly basis
• Manage payroll month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and filing requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and internal controls
• Understanding of month-end close and financial statement audit concepts
• Experience with accounting systems, preferably Netsuite, ADP, or BambooHR
• Advanced Excel skills, including v-Lookup and pivot tables
