Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team, ensuring job profitability and providing advisory services to clients
• Act as the primary contact for real estate investment client engagements and maintain relationships with investors
• Calculate investor returns, advise on cash flow and debt structure, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Ability to adapt and learn new accounting technologies quickly
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
