Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FAS Accounts Payable Supervisor responsible for supervising the global Finance and Accounting Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, focusing on talent development and employee performance metrics
• Oversee supplier setup, process documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on customer cases
• Manage system oversight, including fixing processing errors and monitoring unassigned tickets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of management and leadership experience
• Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and SLAs
• Experience managing large teams in a shared services or outsourcing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and familiar with OCR, machine learning, and system maintenance
