Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ad Operations Monitoring Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor SMB and Enterprise campaigns daily, identify performance anomalies, and troubleshoot issues across platforms
• Use SQL and internal dashboards to analyze campaign metrics, performance trends, and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new strategies to improve campaign performance and ensure campaign goals align with objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1-3 years' experience in ad trafficking, campaign management, project coordination, or business operations
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
• Project management or coordination experience is a plus
