Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant (Remote based in the US).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leaders' schedules and direct telephone calls to appropriate destinations
- Complete routine administrative tasks, including payroll, reports, and meeting organization
- Prepare travel and expense reports, and maintain department functions such as budget and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; corporate experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
- Prior healthcare administration background preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required
