Key Responsibilities

- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain process documentation and manage the Marketplace content calendar for campaign scheduling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or project management
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with familiarity in HTML or Braze as a plus
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Experience in a startup or cross-functional environment is a bonus
