Key Responsibilities
- Own the US Paid Media strategy and execution aligned to pipeline goals
- Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns including Awareness, Lead Generation, and ABM
- Analyze performance and deliver strategic recommendations to drive pipeline and revenue
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 6+ years in Paid Media with a proven track record in B2B growth
- Hands-on experience managing platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta
- Experience building campaigns for both Enterprise and SMB segments
- Familiarity with performance data tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong internal collaboration skills and ability to partner with demand generation leads
