Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the analytics vision and roadmap for client and internal initiatives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team while establishing data governance frameworks
- Develop customer segmentation and media mix modeling strategies to optimize campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or Economics
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Expertise in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and at least one data visualization platform
- Proven experience in omnichannel marketing environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
